RESPONSIBILITIES: 1、Lead and optimize all relevant policies, procedures, and activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and effectiveness of plant customer service. 2、Oversee the overall budget; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending. 3、Support End to End Planning, define and make strategies, and set targets, in areas of customer service, monitor the performance of all activities against these goals. 4、Liaison with the internal customers such as MSKB,KINS, LASV,NEWB, Canada, Mexico and AECI to ensure the efficient business support to Moen Business Units. 5、Liaise with other functional heads across the organization in customer service to ensure that strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall Moen corporate objectives. 6、Lead and develop high performance team and individual performance, drive organizational excellence. 7、Direct, Lead and monitor SAP based planning and customer service activities. 8、The company location is in Changshu providing the shuttle bus from Suzhou to Changshu everyday. QUALIFICATIONS: 1、Bachelor degree or above, majored in planning and customer service or supply chain related field is preferred. 2、At least 10 years’ solid working experiences in Supply Chain (Planning, Procurement, customer service, etc.) with at least 2 years’ experience in Managerial Positions. 3、Familiar with production and material planning process or working experience with these functions will be preferred. 4、Fluency in English and Chinese. 5、Excellent negotiation skills and influencing ability by using different approaches to achieve successful outcomes 6、Strong strategic agility to analyze competitive environment and industry trends to drive proper supply chain strategy. 7、Excellent communication skills to build up the good relationships with clients. 8、Strong people management skills and good team work spirit. 9、Excellent communication and facilitation skills 10、Broad perspective on keen sense of priorities and problem solving skills
